How to Use the HotStrings BookViewer

Here´s all you need to do:
Step 1 - Download the FREE HotStrings viewer file (with FREE StretchPlayer)

Create a new folder named "Hotstrings" on your PC. Unzip the compressed file into this folder.
By clicking on the Hotstrings icon .gif) you open the free Hotstrings browser.
Follow the instructions and log in to download the FREE book(s) directly from our secure server—all that´s required is an Internet connection. - Now, you´re ready to check it all out on your PC.
Use the `click` button to open the Library.

Step 2 - Order the crash courses that interest you most
|

From our websites order section you have direct access to our entire Hotstrings Libray catalog, complete with samples and sets of more information. It´s easy to choose the courses you´re most interested in.
For easy payment, you´ll be automatically directed to the paypal site, where you can pay securely via creditcard or existing PayPal balance. (No PayPal account is required for US residents). After your payment is processed, you must go back to the shop site.

PC Operating System
The HotStrings Guitar-Lib can be used with Windows for PC. HotStrings is compatible with Windows 98, Win 2000, and Win XP (and all download data is thoroughly checked for viruses).
Minimum Requirements
Internet connection , 17’’ monitor (recommended minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels). We also recommend you connect to be able to make hard copies of the learning material—especially for full-page transcriptions, which are best suited for playing with the band. |

Step 3: Instantly access the HotStrings server—and your new courses

Go back to the shop after paypal processing - this enables the books for download with the Hotstrings browser on your PC. Just open the HotStrings Browser, click on the upper left corner, follow the instructions from the download box and start downloading your courses. Have Fun with your own Hotstrings guitar library.

Note: (The HOTSTRINGS courses don’t contain small asci Tabs or Midi files because the tutorial stuff are compressed although we make sure it’s of the best possible quality). In addition, we only use Audiofiles with real guitars! For this reason the total size of the files for the books is something between 35 -60 MB.
So i t’s OK for you to use a fast internet connection to download the books.
Alternatively you can also transfer the download from another PC and then copy the data files into the subfile „Books“ in Hotstrings.
